By December 15th of the year before the registration year, lobbyists and their clients should have submitted their annual registration forms. Legislative agents must also disclose the total amount spent on lobbying and the amount reimbursed by the employer for events during the registration period.
Those who wish to provide testimony on a specific piece of legislation can do so by visiting the relevant committee's meeting agenda or measure overview page and clicking "Register to Testify" next to the bill in question. After that, they'll be asked for personal information like name, telephone, and inbox. A confirmation screen will be sent out with the details of the scheduled meeting and any additional instructions for giving their testimony. They can submit written testimony instead of speaking with their committee chair or House representatives. Each legislative agent, employer, or organization that engages or contracts with a lobbying firm on a client's behalf must file a registration statement. Attached to the lobbying firm's Form 601, the schedule explains who the firm represents and what they do on behalf of each principal.
Schedules may be cancelled for students who have not paid in full by the billing due date on the calendar below or who have yet to accept or be authorized for financial aid, sponsorship, or a monthly payment plan (Fall and Spring only). The Commission recommends that schools begin using this schedule of important payment dates as soon as feasible.
